Returns / Exchanges
Here at Prais Stone, we want to make sure you completely satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Returns will be accepted within 10 business days from purchase. Returns after this period will not be accepted. All that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in the same condition it was sent out. It must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
A $9.79 re-stock fee will apply to all returned items.
We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no refund for sale items.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
All returns must follow the PRAIS STONE returns process:
Email info@praisstone.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). You must provide your original order number; explain your reason for return and if you require an exchange or a refund. Print out the returns note that you receive once you have a confirmation email from us, and please place with your return package

A refund will be applied to the payment method used to purchase it within 5-10 business days after the product is received by us. You will receive an email when the refund process begins.
FAULTY GOODS
We have high standards for our quality control. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods. Follow the returns process as stated above though state the goods as faulty in your email. If possible we will repair or replace faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the piece. All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Prais Stone will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered as faulty. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through our website PraisStone.com
CANCEL AN ORDER
If you need to cancel an order you must e-mail us within 4 hours of when you place your order.
